Since May 4, 2021, pregnant women have been identified as a priority group for Covid-19 vaccination
As of January 4, 2022, they are also being prioritized for access to BOOSTER SHOTS, but they must self-identify as pregnant by calling 1-833-838-2323
A vaccine appointment can be booked through the online Get Vaccinated portal
The BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) recommends vaccination in pregnancy.
The Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Canada (SOGC) recommends that Covid-19 vaccination be offered to pregnant women.
