Dr. Bélanger is originally from Ottawa and she obtained her medical degree from the University of Ottawa in 1995. She then moved to Vancouver to complete her residency in OB/GYN at the University of British Columbia. After working in various parts of BC, she settled into her own practice in Vancouver, where she has been working since 2003.

She is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at UBC.

She has an interest in minimally-invasive surgery, including minimally-invasive total and subtotal hysterectomy, as well as hysteroscopic myomectomy.
